To confirm your SUV rental with Taylor & Taylor, a $100 Return Condition Fee is required.
Do not pay this fee unless you’ve already spoken with an agent and confirmed vehicle availability.

• ✅ Refundable if the vehicle is returned:
   
  • With the same fuel level as received
     
  • Clean – free of excessive dirt, sand, trash, or debris
    (Yes, we’re on an island – but sand must still be removed.)
     
  • Undamaged – including no new scratches, dents, or interior damage
  • No fines, traffic tickets, etc
     
• ✅ Refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of payment

• ❌ Do NOT pay this fee if you are unsure about your booking.
  This fee is non-refundable if:
   
  • You cancel after 24 hours
     
  • You fail to show up
     
  • The vehicle is returned in poor condition or fines occurred.

This fee helps ensure our vehicles are kept in top condition for all guests. It is not part of your rental payment and is separate from your rental total.

After sending your payment, you must email your agent to confirm that it has been submitted.
Please do not send payment and disappear. Your booking is not guaranteed until we’ve received and acknowledged your confirmation. 

✅ This fee will be returned to you if:

• The vehicle is returned with the same amount of gas as received
   
• The vehicle is not excessively dirty (this includes sand, trash, or spills)
   
• There is no damage or fines– including scratches, dents, or interior issues
  (An agent will inspect the vehicle at the airport upon return. If everything checks out, the fee will be sent back to you.)
