Customers with disabilities who do not possess a valid driver’s license may still rent a vehicle from Taylor & Taylor Car Rental when accompanied by a qualified surrogate driver.

The surrogate driver must present a valid driver’s license and meet all standard rental qualifications, including minimum age requirements. However, there is no additional charge for the surrogate driver. 

Our goal is to ensure that all customers have access to reliable transportation while maintaining our standard rental policies and safety requirements. For questions or assistance arranging a surrogate driver, please contact our team prior to your arrival so we can ensure a smooth rental experience.

When available, we can coordinate convenient pickup and drop-off arrangements to assist customers with accessibility needs. Our staff is happy to provide additional support during the rental process when requested.
